Chin Radio/TV International held a media launch recently to showcase their 44th Annual Chin International Picnic and Music Festival which takes place on the Exhibition grounds.
The 3-day event, which is dubbed as the "world's largest free picnic and music festival," opens at noon on July 1st with a variety of family-oriented events including concerts, a global shopping bazaar, tasting of foods from around the world and sporting events. The Chin Picnic Midway boasts a petting zoo, Jungle Cat World, K-9 Dog Challenge and the aerial artistry of the Zero Gravity Circus. Events continue on July 3 and 4th.
The highlight of the event is the annual Mr & Miss Chin Bikini Contest which features some of the city's hottest and fittest bodies. Ms Bikini 2010 is at the CNE Bandshell – July 3rd @ 2pm and Mr Bikini 2010 is at the Bandshell on July 4th @ 6:30pm.
