The 8th Annual Montreal International Reggae Festival Winds Up Summer Fetes: Mavado, Third World, Gyptian headline The Montreal International Reggae Festival (MIRF) brings it’s wealth of Reggae greats to the Quays of The Old Port to wind up summer festival fun in Montreal on August 20 and 21.
