Skratch Bastid Presents is a monthly series at Revival Bar showcasing the talent encountered or discovered over the years by Canada’s favorite DJ Skratch Bastid. After traveling the four corners of the planet and playing some of the most legendary parties on the globe, Skratch Bastid has now decided to channel his favorite experiences and most-beloved talent back to Toronto to share with his fans on a monthly basis.

Having a foothold in Toronto for now three years, Bastid has made an indelible impression on the city. From his legendary after-parties at the Drake to other notable performances at Dundas Square, the Manifesto Festival, the CBC Hip Hop Summit, or his own annual Bastid’s BBQ, the man of many talents has left few stones unturned in the city.   One remaining piece to the puzzle was to launch of a monthly event that would give Skratch Bastid’s Toronto fans a chance to catch him at the same venue regularly and congregate amongst each other to experience their shared musical interest. This dream has become a reality with the launch of this monthly artist showcase.

After a very successful first installment that featured a DJ set by Detroit soul singer Mayer Hawthorne, Skratch Bastid Presents brings you none other than Cosmo Baker from Brooklyn, New York's famous collective The Rub for the second edition. The quintessential DJ's DJ will be rocking alongside Bastid for a four turntable beatdown. Expect nothing less than worldclass party-rocking at its finest.
