Jazz Performance and Education Centre (JPEC) announces the fourth annual
Jazz Gala evening in celebration of Black History Month; a tribute
to Honourable Justice Michael H. Tulloch, Ontario Court of Appeal, the
first African Canadian to serve on any provincial court of appeal. His
appointment is a milestone for the black community and for Canada.

Stories is a narrative and musical journey, a poignant combination of
words and music by Joe Sealy from his Juno award winning “Africville
Suite.” Featuring Joe Sealy, Jackie Richardson, Paul Novotny, Mark Kelso
and Mike Murley.
Musicians for Motown
A
salute to Motown with world-renown and award winning jazz musicians and
vocalists, including Soul Stew, Toronto's legendary R&B soul, jazz
band; Musical Director Roberto Occhipinti is joined by Alana
Bridgewater, Michael Dunston, Kervin Barreto, David Gray, Joaquin, Nunez
Hidalgo, Matt Horner, John Johnson, Mark Kelso and Michael Shand.
