Due to the overwhelming response to their performances last year, Heritage Singers will be presenting Hallelujah Pepperpot again this Spring to GTA audiences. “Hallelujah Pepperpot” is a pot pourri of religious music in Jamaica (which is reputed to have the most churches, per capita, in the world). This concert will provide servings of dynamic rhythms and harmony, drumming, dancing and a celebration of religion through a musical journey that will evoke nostalgia. The programme will integrate songs from Nine Nite, Spirituals, Rastafarian and Revival, accompanied by keyboard, drums, steel pans and other instruments.
