Anto Man-Ming Chan
A born performer in English, French and Cantonese, Anto is a stand-up comedian, poet, storyteller and emcee. With prior appearances on CBC Radio and Omni TV, his viral stand-up comedy video, featuring the Cantonese word "GOW,” landed on the front page of Reddit and amassed over 250,000 hits. He recently returned from a cross-Canada comedy tour, "The Sleeping in our Car Tour," hoping to inspire other performers to create their own opportunities when ready. He will also be competing in Montreal's Canadian Festival of Spoken Word in November with the Bill Brown Slam team. His biggest passion is to facilitate avenues through which people can express themselves artistically and help build their confidence in return.

2013 Bill Brown's 1-2-3 Slam Toronto Team
The 2013 BB123 Slam Team will be the first ever from the series to participate in the national slam championships at the Canadian Festival of Spoken Word. This year's group comprising Dagmar Morgan, Sabrina, This Just-In, Vanessa McGowan and Anto Chan are 2013 SLAMtario finalists who bring a variety of styles and content to the stage. Though their voices are multiple, their desire is the same: to bring words of meaning to audiences wherever they present their poetry.
