Kuumba Festival - Zahra Siddiqui Art Exhibit: The Invisible Majority @ Harbourfront Centre, Toronto, ON - Fri Feb 3rd & Sat Feb 4th & Fri Feb 10th & Sat Feb 11th!

The Invisible Majority is a celebration of community. It is also an appreciation of the diverse hues and existence of melanated people. In a time where people of colour are increasingly maligned, these mixed media portraits showcase each subjects' inner and outer strength. They hold a transformative power, demanding the respect and reverence of the viewer. The work on display is a small portion of the artist's photographic archive and stand in tribute to the communities of people who constitute as "home".
