“I am Woman Hear Me Roar: See Me,” is a celebration bringing strong and fearless women together, in celebration, with music and gourmet lunch; sharing their triumphant stories on March 2nd 1:30pm to 5:30pm at the Scarboro Golf and Country Club.
In their own words, Pastor Dotty Nicholas(champion for Sickle Cell Disease), Hon. Thora Espinet, retired Judge (recipient of Lincoln Alexander Award and of the first black Canadian Lawyers) and our Keynote speaker Dr. Debra Roberts, Associate Professor Howard University, will be tell their story about how they broke through major barriers to achieve incredible success while not losing their voices and still remaining true to themselves. It is an afternoon that will definitely inspire, motive and empower the guests leaving them in the end to be saying why not Me!
