The media and the public are invited to attend the official media launch of the 2019 Junior Carnival on July 3 at the Malvern Town Centre, 31 Tapscott Rd from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. Enjoy a colourful lunchtime preview of this year’s costumes and talented young Junior Carnival participants. The event will feature over 100 junior masqueraders, live entertainment and more.
