Canada’s comedic sensation, Jay Martin, returns after a spectacular debut with, Jay Martin’s Uptown Comedy Series.
After the SOLD-OUT success of the last show, Jay Martin RETURNS to make you laugh on Saturday, March 20th, 2010. The show will feature celebrity comedian Eddie Griffin at 8 PM
at the Toronto Centre for the Arts (5040 Yonge St.).
Eddie Griffin is known for his hit sitcom, Malcolm and Eddie and movie, Undercover Brother. This show will also feature Toronto’s own funny men Kenny Robinson and Chris Robinson, as well as a SURPRISE musical guest.
Jay Martin is the series host who welcomes a featured celebrity comic every third weekend of the month to Toronto’s uptown such as Tracy Morgan (Cop Out, 30 Rock) and Mike Epps (Def Comedy Jam, Next Day Air) amongst others.
There will be live performances from Canada’s finest recording artists including Divine Brown, Patricia Shirley, and from the UK, Marsha Ambrosius (Floetry). Guests DJs will provide the soundtrack for the night.
