The Toronto African Film & Music Festival (TAFMF) is a premier festival dedicated to celebrating African culture and history. It will showcase the talents of filmmakers and music artists from across Africa.
The festival takes place June 19-21, 2009 and will be hosted by our festival partner Ontario Place, which is located on the waterfront of Downtown, Toronto.
It is unique since there has not been a festival showcasing African films and music at the same time in Toronto. There are over 100 music festivals, and about the same amount of film festivals in Toronto.
So why not join us to celebrate the people, the culture, the music and the film that is from AFRICA - that is AFRICAN
