Measha Brueggergosman and pianist Justus Zeyen are justifiably making waves with their latest Deutsche Grammophon recording Night and Dreams. “We wanted something that was languid, sexy, romantic, different…a repertoire that gives me the chance to really let go,” she said recently. And let go, she does. Whether performing the Olympic Hymn for an estimated 3.2 billion television viewers at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic opening ceremony, or singing the "luscious" songs from Night and Dreams live in recital, Measha continues to captivate us with her artistry, voluptuous voice and magnificently nuanced performances.
