The 10th Annual Barbados Ball will be held on June 8th 2013 at Pearson Convention Center under the theme 'Where Nature Takes Your Breath Away'; showcasing Harrison's Cave, one of the "Seven Wonders of Barbados" and other natural attractions in "the Heart of Barbados".
This annual event features a four-course dinner accented with Bajan delicacies, great entertainment, the Barbados Ball Award, fabulous door prizes and exciting live and silent auctions. The main fundraising event of Barbados Ball Canada Aid, the Barbados Ball is an enjoyable evening and a wonderful opportunity to support a worthy cause.
Held under the patronage of the High Commissioner of Barbados to Canada, the Barbados Ball has become a much anticipated event and was attended by some 700 guests in 2012. It is one of the premiere gala events on Toronto's social calendar and is supported by Barbadian-Canadians as well as many Canadian 'friends of Barbados'.
