Regarded as one of our industries most savvy businessmen - a graduate of Harvard at 19 years old in Government: Political Science and Macroeconomics - Ryan Leslie is a singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist under his self-run NextSelection Lifestyle Group. He's produced hit records for the likes of Cassie, Fabolous, Tha Dogg Pound, and more. RL's most recent venture is Disruptive Multimedia, an application that allows artists to keep in direct contact with their fans via email and SMS, with album sales made directly through the application to the artist, with no middle-man or label taking a cut from the gross album sales.
