The architect of P-Funk, George Clinton will headline the FREE concert on opening night, June 19. Revolutionizing R&B during the 70s, Clinton and The Parliament Funkadelic were instrumental in bringing funk music to the masses.
Joining Clinton will be previously announced opening acts, Dumpstaphunk and Morris Day & The Time. The festivities begin at 5 p.m.
Please Note: For entry into the George Clinton show on the Toronto Star Stage, wristbands will be distributed at 4 p.m. on Friday, June 19, on the east side of Nathan Phillips Square.
**A wristband is NOT required for Dumpstaphunk and Morris Day & The Time on the Outdoor Stage.
