We've brought the retreat experience to Toronto and the GTA to share a little of what goes on during a Roots Movement Retreat event.
Join us for a 5 week staycation series focused on the senses and healing practices found in Jamaican heritage as well as all around the world. The series will be held in various venues around the GTA to touch as many communities as possible. The first session will be held on August 1 2016 at 1:00-4:00pm at Ashbridges Bay Park, Toronto.

The cost is $45 which includes an infused reiki yoga class, group reiki, learn n’ love Jamaican foods/drinks/heritage, closing group meditation, and connection with other cultures’ spiritual practices and people.
