GOOD NEWS! I have been given my OWN comedy series. “Jay Martin’s Uptown Comedy Series” will finally provide Toronto a monthly series that will premier the best in quality entertainment. The TDOT will finally have something to do on a Saturday night!
The first night of the series starts Saturday, February 20th at the Toronto Centre for the Arts, (www.tocentre.com) 5040 Yonge St. at Sheppard. The show will feature the comedic styling of Toronto’s Jean Paul & Jazz, and Atlanta Landry. The headliner for the night will be none other than Mr. Jay “Uptown” Martin. My musical guest for the evening will be Juno award winner and Grammy nominee Glenn Lewis! Upcoming headliners for the “Jay Martin Uptown Comedy Series” are Eddie Griffin (March 20th), Tommy Davidson (April 18th), Tracy Morgan (TBA), Mike Epps and many more. You never know who you will see at the “Jay Martin Uptown Comedy Series”.
