4our Woman @ The Ernest Balmer Studio, Toronto, ON - Sat Mar 31st!

The Obsidian Development Series continues with part two, 4our Woman on March 31st.  Motion, Obsidian's new Playwright in Residence,  weaves a lyrical tale of a dead washer, a domestic,an inmate and a crown ward. The play is a  story of memory, migrations, identity and inheritance.

Part three on April 7th is The Hallway by Leah-Simone Bowen. The play, set in 1936,  explores the everyday life of a Negro rooming house. As the tenants struggle to cope with one of the worst heatwaves in history, a Russian immigrant tries to escape his past.


Tickets are $10 and are  first come first served. Please come early to ensure a seat.
