of Black History Month with filmmaker John Singleton (Boyz N the Hood, Poetic Justice, Shaft).
An acclaimed, trailblazing legend, Singleton has lit up the screen with
his unapologetic, incendiary characters and provocative storytelling
about inner-city life. He also holds the distinction of being the first
black filmmaker nominated for the Best Director Oscar®.
