Le Ti Colibri – Deep-Fried French Caribbean Fritters
Enjoy a delicious deep-fried snack from French Caribbean restaurant Le Ti Colbri! The creole cuisine retraces the history of different civilization. It blends African ingredients, Asian flavours and Caribbean produce with French cuisine savoir-faire. There are many salted fish and cod dishes such as the fritters, a speciality from Guadeloupe and Martinique. The fish cakes are a popular appetizer and are perfect finger food. Serve with plenty of pepper sauce for dipping.
