Toronto -- African American Ralph Banks, author of "Is Marriage for White People?" comes to Toronto for an honest, open discussion about marriage and relationships as part of the LEGACY Speaker Series.
The forum takes place on THIS Friday February 10th, 2012 at the North York Memorial Community Hall, 5110 Yonge St. at 6:30pm.
Mr. Banks has appeared on The View, Nightline and Anderson discussing the issues surrounding the overall deterioration of marriage in North America. Mr. Banks will focus on the state of marriage in the Black community, where it's heading and the societal reasons behind the breakdown in committed relationships.
Mark this Black History Month and Valentine's Day with a stimulating and soul-searching conversation about marriage and relationships.
Prior to Mr. Banks' appearance, there will be an hour-long discussion with Health and Wellness expert Carolyn Tinglin, matchmaking website co-founders Gary & Amelia Lewis of A Million Matches and Sway Relationship Columnist Rachael-Lea Rickards.
Mr. Banks' book will be available for purchase and signing on site. A networking and social event will take place afterward.
