Acclaimed trumpet player & jazz iconoclast Brownman Ali is back in Toronto all October to mount his ART OF THE TRIO series -- a 4-part series that features all of Brown's various award-winning trios, occurring every Friday in Oct at the MAY CAFE (www.MayToronto.com). Brown has explored the texture of the 3-man trumpet, drum & bass sound for over 2 decades now, and this series allows audiences to check out all his various 3-man groups showcased in one series. All shows start at 9pm, $10 at the door
