THE MAIN INGREDIENT: HELLO BROOKLYN FEAT. DJ NEIL ARMSTRONG
The Main Ingredient celebrates the music of Christopher Wallace (Biggie Smalls) on the weekend of his passing (March 9, 1997) with a very special guest DJ Neil Armstrong of the Almighty 5th Platoon, Global Music Ambassador for Adidas, and a stint as tour DJ for Jay-Z from 2008-2010.
The evening will feature the usual TMI soulful goodness, with a variety of music representing Brooklyn and some B.I.G. of course. Resident DJ's Mensa, Agile, and Sean Sax will rotate duties in the Stone Lounge as well for Move Something, a night of all hip hop joints in the basement with a good dose from the borough also known as Medina.
