This Wednesday, meet the 2014 Up From The Roots Poetry Slam team at the 3rd edition of the One Mic Poetry Showcase

There are always new voices entering the scene, and this team has a lot of variety. My Trinidadian people will love Patrick Walters, Trini Accent and all, Patrick DeBelen has the Filipino crew covered, Scribe does it up for the youth, Spin for the Latinos, and me for the old foots!!
