we are devoted to disco. she’s a maven. the spirit child of dance music. we celebrate her with every chance we get. she provokes emotion and makes you smile. like nothing else, she makes you dance. when she was tossed into the fire in the late 70s, house rose from her ashes. the two are kin, united in a deep, soulful feeling, but with their distinctions. house is raw. disco is polished.
we will rejoice in their likenesses and probe their unconformity, in a warming and welcoming space, complete with funktion-one soundsystem. join us as we burrow into the birth of dance music!
