Shugga is one of Toronto’s best known funk and R&B party cover bands. With residencies at two of TO’s finest live music venues, Joe Mama`s, and Bar Itlalia Shugga has a packed house every Friday and Saturday night for the last 8 years+. Shugga's members have performed with Canada’s top musicians and singers including Nelly Furtado, Thornlea, Esthero, Jully Black, Bedouin Soundclash and vocalists such as Divine Brown, Alana Bridgewater (We Will Rock You), and the bands lead singer Mike Ferfolia. With an impressive repertoire Shugga can entertain a very eclectic crowd. From the 50's to todays most current hits Shugga's musical prowess is a force to be reckoned with
