The Junior Carnival and Family Day event provides its audience and the surrounding community of Malvern the opportunity to experience the cultural presentation of young performers as they participate in their earlier years. This event engages the three stakeholder groups: Toronto Mas Bands Association, Organization of Calypso Performing Artists, and the Ontario Steelpan Association. This family event is being presented to allow young people to participate as producers, performers, and presenters.  The Junior Carnival and Family Day event continues to be supported by the Children’s Breakfast Club and the Metropolitan Toronto Police Services.

Junior Carnival Parade @ Yorkgate Mall, Toronto, ON - Sat Jul 16th!

The kid’s version of the Marquee parade attracting over 30,000 spectator visitors comprising families and featuring 2,000 mini masqueraders, some as young as two years taking place in one the city’s priority neighbourhood with partners such as 31 Division of the Metropolitan Police and Yorkgate Plaza. The three kilometre parade ends at the Yorkgate Plaza - Jane Finch.
