Thurs Feb 3 - Now Talks @ the Now Lounge

NOW Magazine has launched “NOW TALKS”, a series of talks throughout the year designed to bring all news and entertainment to life.

Taking place in the NOW Lounge at 189 Church Street, “NOW Talks” will focus on various artists from each Decade series, with discussions led by NOW’s music editors.

The ‘90s series takes place on Thursday, February 3 at 7pm with Greig Nori (Treble Charger), Lu (Dream Warriors) and Chris Murphy (Sloan), interviewed by NOW Magazine’s Editor/Publisher – Michael Hollett.

Tickets are $5.00 and available @ the door in advance or the night of the event.

Take a walk down memory lane with the third installment of JUNO Decades: 40th Anniversary Concert Series, proudly presented by the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC).

Celebrating the hits of the ‘90s, some of the most iconic Canadian hip hop and indie rock artists of the decade -- The Dream Warriors, Michie Mee, Chore, as well as members of notable singersongwriter groups, Sloan and Treble Charger -- will hit the stage at Toronto’s Horseshoe Tavern.

MuchMusic alumni, Steve Anthony, will host the event; one of four concerts in celebration of the JUNO Awards’ 40th Anniversary. The Songs of the ‘90s, is produced by Dine Alone Records and Bedlam Music Management.
