Gimme One Riddim @ Enwave Theatre, Toronto, ON - Thurs Mar 27th - Sat Mar 29th!

After much success, Gimme One Riddim is currently producing its third remount in less than one year! From its world premiere at the Winchester Street Theatre, to an encore performance at Factory Theatre, the group is excited to bring this production back to the stage - accompanied by a live band! This year, Gimme One Riddim will be presented at the Enwave Theatre as part of Harbourfront Centre’s most popular dance series, NextSteps.

Created by choreographers Jasmyn Fyffe and Natasha Powell, Gimme One Riddim is a powerful tribute to the musical voice of Jamaica’s freedom - ska. Bringing Caribbean, contemporary and street dance influences to the stage, this captivating dance-theatre production honours the likes of Prince Buster, Millie Small, The Skatalites and The Wailers - celebrating freedom, hope, and unity. This show is family friendly, educational and highly entertaining, - a definite must see!
