wink emoticon
And finally... an open mind, your energy and enthusiasm!!!
I can't wait to have fun (and work it!) with everyone of you
In response to the ongoing requests over the last year to facilitate a DANCE WORKSHOP FOR THE LADIES, I'm going in deeeeep to make it happen! After all, half the joy of dance comes from sharing - with a partner, with peers or with an audience. The other half is simply our own ;)
So, if you would like to explore, enhance and elevate your PERSONAL ESSENCE (your GINGA!) come join me on a special journey!
In this workshop we will work on on being GROUNDED and also on incorporating FEMININE FLAIR.
It will be a women's-only 'safe zone' so no cameras and no inhibitions!
~ The music will vary
~ The tempo will vary
~ The dance will vary
~ mainly African inspired, but expect a little extra ;)
This is NOT kizomba 'ladies styling' although we will work through movement that will improve your kizomba/semba. The focus is to tease out and OWN YOUR GINGA, and not on choreography.
