The free event illuminates Nathan Phillips Square under the twinkle of more than 525,000 energy-efficient lights and 500 ornaments, powered by Toronto Hydro. ✨

Location:  Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. W., Toronto, ON
This year's line-up features:

• ⛸ Skating Party with DJ MelBoogie, sponsored by Tim Hortons (7 & 9:35 pm) - The Nathan Phillips Square ice rink opens for the season to the mix of award-winning DJ MelBoogie. This Canadian hip hop icon has opened for Lauryn Hill, Busta Rhymes, Major Lazer and more.

• 🎄 First lighting of Toronto's official Christmas Tree, powered by Official Light Sponsor, Toronto Hydro (8:10 pm)

• Performance of 'The Queen' by Creations In Vivo (8:20, 9 & 10:10 pm) - Eccentric characters mesmerize audiences as they sway back and forth, plunging towards the ground before regrouping high up in the air.

• Performance of 'Les Oiseaux (The Birds)' by les Chausseurs de rêves (6:30, 7:45 & 9:35 pm) - Interact with spectacular, life-like large wooden bird puppets manipulated by stilt-walking knights.
