The lifestyle continues – an evening of class, great music, guests passionate about R&B music, with a relaxing ambiance. R&B artists and music has evolved significantly over the past years. Each decade bringing a different perspective on love, relationships, and life experiences overall.
The 90’s brought us the mass of respectable R&B icons – R. Kelly, Toni Braxton, Keith Sweat, Boyz II Men, KCi & Jojo. The early 2000’s embodied both artists from the previous decade, the present, and the future – our decade.
Artists from Bobby V, Brian McKnight, Mary J Blige, Ginuwine, to Frank Ocean, Alicia Keys, and Usher created music that empowered us, got us through those lonely nights, and helped us rebuild ourselves from the ground up.
The evolution of R&B has caused avid music lovers to develop a passion for its music – a love for R&B.
I ♥ R&B is for the independent woman, who carries herself with class, knows where she came from, and is modest about the hard work and hardships she endeavoured to get where she is today.
I ♥ R&B is for the woman who loves R&B music because it connects with her on an intellectual level, unleashes her passion and her inner goddess.
