Taking influences from Herbie Hancock’s Blue Note era records this powerhouse quartet explores a modern, original repertoire while paying tribute to some of the greatest improvisers in jazz history. The quartet recently debuted a host of new original material and also performed a number of tribute shows during the 2016 Toronto Jazz Festival including a tribute to Freddie Hubbard, Herbie Hancock and Cole Porter. The quartet features 'Canada's preeminent jazz trumpet player' Brownman Ali.
