Manifesto and York University Dance are proud to present a unique conversation with an international B-boy and DJ legend. Renegade has graced the b-boy community with non-stop music to move to, as well as founding one of the top crews in UK – Soul Mavericks. Whether he is dropping the beats at UK BBoy Championship, world wide major championships across the globe or producing Ballet Boyz - a reinterpretation of Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring – Renegade has changed the face of b-boy dance through his contribution to the community through education and artistry. On April 18th we have the rare opportunity to have an intimate and interactive dialogue – so come out and ask questions, listen and share in this conversation with DJ Renegade.
