Join us for two days of tropical outdoor Fine Dining Culinary Experiences, a Chef Challenge and Live Entertainment. Savour the flavours of the Caribbean for Brunch and/or Dinner with our Chefs.
Each Chef has created a succulent 4-Course Menu using ingredients familiar to their Native Island. Sit and watch the Chef work up close while you and your friends enjoy the meal and Signature Drink.
Cheer on your favorite island Chef during the Chef Challenge. Four Caribbean Chefs, 3 Secret Ingredients and 45 minutes to create a meal that will be judged by 3 Celebrity Chefs. The winner will be crowned the 2019 Chef Champion! Chef Marc-Elie Lissade - Haiti won 2018 Challenge with Shrimp, Jackfruit and Callaloo; what will it be this year!

Spice! Combining the excitement, beauty and splendor of the Caribbean
with the warmth and cheer of the holiday season. Enjoy the pleasant
aromas of Caribbean spices, the delectable taste of exotic island
cuisine and authentic cultural celebration. Taste a variety of
delicacies representing the Dutch, English, French and Spanish
Caribbean; learn more about Caribbean cuisine and customs; dance the
