TASTE THE CARIBBEAN - Back by popular demand! Saturday July 20 and Sunday July 21, 2019

Join us for two days of tropical outdoor Fine Dining Culinary Experiences, a Chef Challenge and Live Entertainment. Savour the flavours of the Caribbean for Brunch and/or Dinner with our Chefs.

Each Chef has created a succulent 4-Course Menu using ingredients familiar to their Native Island. Sit and watch the Chef work up close while you and your friends enjoy the meal and Signature Drink.

Cheer on your favorite island Chef during the Chef Challenge. Four Caribbean Chefs, 3 Secret Ingredients and 45 minutes to create a meal that will be judged by 3 Celebrity Chefs. The winner will be crowned the 2019 Chef Champion! Chef Marc-Elie Lissade - Haiti won 2018 Challenge with Shrimp, Jackfruit and Callaloo; what will it be this year!
