In a lecture titled "Blackness Matters: From Black Ops to Black Urbanism," the curator, urban theorist and professor at the University of the Arts London speaks about transnationalism in art, exploring the ways in which multiple cultures of “blackness” are shaping contemporary urban life in the West.
Moderated by Sandra Brewster, artist, educator and community-arts facilitator.
